"The owner of Angel Touch Home Care is exceptional and heavily involved thinking about quality care for the patients by the aides. My mother hired reliable Certified Home Health Aides from Angel Touch to work at her home for three years based on her changing medical needs; first part-time, then full-time, to live-in. My mother went from being independent but using a walker, to coming down with dementia and later using a wheelchair. Her dementia became very severe dementia & needed the aides for most Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and household services. Overall the aides were very caring and loving to my mother making accommodations for the family visits. I made sure that my mothers needs were met by all of the aides. Special efforts were made by these aides to perform these duties: to make sure that she ate/drank enough, medication reminders, sponge bathing, showering, eye care, check vital signs, grooming, dental care, hair care and assistance, dressing assistance, toileting assistance, ambulation, feeding, exercises assigned from her physicians or physical therapist and stimulating group activities (e.g. book reading, games). I will always remember my mother telling the aides Elizabeth, Susan, Ruth and Amada that "you are my friends, I love you."
